Invitation: Partnership Opportunities for Hobsons Bay Capital Works Projects

Hobsons Bay City Council invites you to attend an information drop-in session on the partnership opportunities for the Hobsons Bay capital works projects over the next five years.

In this session, you will be provided information on Council’s capital works projects planned for the next five years at a net worth of $300 million.

When: Wednesday 19 June 2019 (drop in anytime between 10am and 12.30pm)

• Civil (roads, drainage and carparks)
• Open space / playgrounds
• Recreation (sporting ovals, floodlighting and courts)
• Major projects (Sporting pavilions, aquatic centres, stadiums and community buildings)
• Foreshore projects

We welcome a range of contractors, including:
• Civil and open space contractors
• Building contractors specialising in sporting facilities
• Building contractors for small and large scale building renewal
• Design and environmental consultants
• Contractors that would like to learn about Council’s tender process
• Contractors that see an opportunity to work collaboratively in the delivery of these projects

Council’s capital works program has been developed to ensure Hobsons Bay's existing infrastructure is maintained and renewed to meet the needs of the community.
