The Scope of Works comprises the construction of Government Employee Housing (GEH) dwellings on Lot 17 and Lot 23A in the community of Alpurrurulam in the Northern Territory.

• Relocate the existing transportable on Lot 17 to lot 23B.
• Lot 17: Construction of 1 x 2 bedroom GEH Duplex dwelling and 1 x 2 bedroom detached dwelling (total of 3 units of accommodation)
• Lot 23A: Construction of 1 x 2 bedroom GEH Duplex dwelling (total of 2 units of accommodation)
