A general outline of the work to be carried out include the Design, Documentation, and Construction of a 1 x 2 Bedroom Transportable dwelling on Lot 8 of Emu Point including the connection to all services (power, water, and sewer).

The Works include the certification of all structures and services built, inclusive of Permit to Build, Certificate of Occupancy, As-Constructed drawings and final certificates as described.
