T18-1660 Tennant Creek Region - Design, Documentation and Construction of 4 New Urban Public Housing (UPH) Dwellings

The Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL) seeks to appoint a Head Contractor to provide services as set out in the Scope of Work. The Head Contractor will be responsible for the commissioning, coordinating and financial management of the various sub-consultants/sub-contractors services required for the project. The Head Contractor is to be the single point of contact between sub-consultants/Sub-contractors and DIPL. The Head Contractor’s first point of contact with the project Stakeholders will be through the nominated DIPL Project Manager.
