At Sunshine Coast Council - Construction of New Camp Kitchen at Coolum Beach Holiday Park (Contract No. ITT1776)

Tenders are invited for the construction of a new camp kitchen at the Coolum Beach Holiday Park.

Scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

• Construction of the building;


• Connection of all services, testing and commissioning;


• Landscaping.

This lump sum construction contract with works proposed to commence 19 July 2018, and practical completion by 19 October 2018. The work-site will be closed during September school holidays.
