At Sunshine Coast Council - Lease of Nambour Aquatic Centre (Contract No. ITT1775)

Council invites tenders for the lease of the Nambour Aquatic Centre.

The lease will be offered for an initial period of ten (10) years, with the option to extend for a further five (5) years at Council’s sole discretion. The successful tenderer’s ability to commence immediately following the award of the contract will be highly regarded.

The Nambour Aquatic Centre is located at Petrie Park Road, Nambour. The facility includes a 50 metre pool (water polo compliant), with full length grandstand, 25m indoor heated pool, junior/toddler leisure pool, amenities block and kiosk.
