At Sunshine Coast Council - Human Resource Technology and Implementation Partner (Contract No. ITT1747)

Tenders are invited for a Human Resource Technology solution, or part thereof, for Sunshine Coast Council (Council). The contemporary cloud solution will enable seamless and efficient workforce management processes from hire to retire, and deliver improved capability by providing the following core functional areas:

1. Human Capital Management (HCM), encompassing both Core HR and Talent Management;


2. Payroll; and


3. Rostering, Time and Attendance.

Council is seeking both a product and an implementation partner, with the contract structured into three Separable Portions which align to each of the three identified functional areas. Respondents can submit offers for one any or all Separable Portions.

The solution must be provided as Software as a Service (SaaS) which is device agnostic, available anywhere, anytime. It is expected that the solution has Application Programming Interfaces that can integrate with Council’s enterprise service bus.
