2017/18-152 Strategic Planning Consulant

City of Ballarat is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals and companies to provide Strategic Planning Consultant for Brown Hill Local Area Plan and Infrastructure Assessment.  The Plan will provide an integrated and holistic land use framework plan for Brown Hill to guide future development and infrastructure provision in the context of rapid growth, and outline a plan and set directions to better protect valued community and environmental features.
