2016-201 - Parap Pool Redevelopment

The project includes the construction of 3 swimming pools including a 10 lane 50 m pool with movable boom, 6 lane 25 m pool, and community pools, and buildings comprising amenities, administration, services areas, club rooms and multipurpose spaces.

The centre will be completed with external works comprising car parking, terraced seating, shade structures, BBQ facilities, landscaping and lighting, and outdoor play areas.

Mandatory Site Inspection: All Tenderers must be present at the mandatory site inspection to submit a conforming Tender. 
Council will not be taking questions at the mandatory site inspection.

Mandatory Site Inspection: 10.00 am Thursday 9 June 2016.
