Expressions of Interest
The Department of Health and Human Services intends calling for Epressions of Interest early February 2012 from organisations capable of providing Managing Contractor services for the future redevelopment of the Royal Hobart Hospital site.
Because of the size and complexity of the project, organisations intending to respond will need to be registered under the mutual recognition provisions of the National Prequalification System for Non-residential Building for the provision of Managing Contractor services of a value of $50 million or greater. (See the APCC website at http://www.apcc.gov.au and note in particular, the financial capacity requirements of that scheme).
The Expression of Interest will be advertised in State and National newspapers and www.tenders.tas.gov.au.
