NVIRP is a state owned entity charged with the responsibility for the planning and delivery of an irrigation modernisation program in the Goulburn Murray Irrigation District (GMID). The GMID covers some 68,000 square kilometers and is Australia’s most extensive irrigation network.
NVIRP undertakes intensive construction programs during the irrigation shut-down period from mid-May to mid-August. The works have included installing Rubicon Systems Australia Total Channel Control® and regulator gates; de-silting, remodeling, refurbishing and lining channels with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic and installing on-farm connections such as regulator gates and meters. Installation of new on-farm meters continues after the reopening of the irrigation system.

- Fencing services
- Supply of high density poleytheylene channel lining
- Installation of high density poleytheylene channel lining
- Irrigation channel remediation
- Installation of regulator gates, booms and meters
- Multi-disciplined irrigation contractors
